Sex after miscarriage please help with advice

I ladies I really need some advice I started bleeding red Friday 23rd August by Saturday 24th it was heavier my baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks 3 days I was suppose to be 8 weeks then. Friday 30th I passed the sack 😓 any way fast forward today I have just a tiny little bit of bleed left more like brown when wiping nothing too much.

Now I am left wondering a few things as you read so many different things online I have been told I can try again straight away but.....

When can I have sex again?

When roughly will my body ovulate from now?

I done a pregnancy test last night I still have the hormones in my body so I take it I won’t ovulate yet.

This is the first time I have been through anything like this so feeling a little lost with it all.
