My poor SIL was torn open giving birth naturally and had to have a 4 hour surgery after labour to fix everything up. My brother is so traumatised by seeing his wife go through so much pain and complications. My little nephew though is completely oblivious to the drama his arrival has caused. He is perfect.

I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant and after hearing my SIL’s labour story, I am petrified of giving birth. 😬😣
