I’m 21 weeks and use azelaic acid gel (prescribed) I called my OB before using it though. You’ll need to run anything by your doctor just to make sure

My OB said I couldn’t use any of my acne meds. So sad. Lol. She said definitely retinoids

Apparently you shouldn’t use anything with salicylic acid in it. There are some safe topical prescription acne treatments.

Retinol is not okay, but you’ll want to run the ingredients by your OB
