Weird urge to poop TMI

Sonetimes when I wake up before my alram or too abruptly I guess I get this sorta cramp but not quite a period cramp to go poop and I can't shut ut off like I normally do for a few minute

This "urge" is more of a denand for that moment and then it's like the gates unleashed and more poop comes out then I thought I could put out

The consistency is not a shape and I have been having regular bowel movements everyday or other day

Any body know what's up?
