Stomach ache

Can anyone help me, i know i should go to a doctor but i’m currently abroad. In the past 6/7 weeks i have been getting the most excruciating stomach ache and I’ve had it about 2 times now. It’s like I am going to be sick mixed with needing the toilet. It’s really painful and I need some advice.
