Ovulation?
How soon after your LH peak do you ovulate? I know they say 12-48 hours, but I got my peak the morning of CD17 and I’m on CD21 and I think I got a temp shift a day or so ago. Is that normal?! My bbt has been kind of wonky because I’ve been sleeping poorly due to allergies. Just not sure when to consider that ovulation happened 🤷🏽♀️
