Best time to do an OPK?

I'm new to doing OPK's. Which is best please? TIA xxx

It’s best to test between 10am and 7pm. Do not use first morning urine either.

I guess it depends on your body, but I’ve caught my positives at 9pm, 12 am, 10 am and 5 pm, and you don’t have to hold for 4 hours with no water. If you’re surging, you’re surging and you’ll catch the surge no matter what time of day.

I test morning and night. Usually around 9am and then 9pm. Just got my positive opk a few minutes ago..cd13.. tested on my lunch break cause it was almost positive this morning and I didn’t wanna miss the surge
