Trying OPK
Hi ladies! Finally got my period after having my Mirena removed, so ready to start OPK this month. My question is: the kits say to test first thing in the morning, but some research I've done says the opposite, to test afternoon/early evening because the LH builds up during the day, not while you're at rest.
Anyone have any experience with different times of the day? Does it really matter?
