Should I listen to my doctor?

I went to the doctor today for a bad sinus infection. My fever is 100.1 idk if that’s bad or not. I’m 16 so. Well tomorrow is my third day of school and she told me to miss because of my fever and I’m too sick. I really don’t wanna miss. Would it be okay for me to just go? I feel really sick but I don’t wanna miss school.
