I’m really worried I’m losing another baby

I started bleeding the other day after having sex with my man, before that everything was fine.

I’ve already had two miscarriages that started with bleeding.

Everytime the bleeding seems to stop it comes back, I noticed after I have caffeine or am on my feet too long. I have a doc appt on Friday I hope I can make it I don’t want to lose another baby.

The blood ranges from nothing, to red and I’ve gotten two tiny clumps. I am mildly cramping.

I’ve been taking progesterone two times a day and Prenatal One vitamins by Rainbow Light.

I travel on Thursday evening back home.

I want to be hopeful. I hate that there isn’t a way to know anything for sure if my baby is okay. :(
