I always cramp around ovulation and use OPKs, temp, ava bracelet, and cm to confirm ovulation. After ovulation occurs, my cramps are less noticeable, but still there. Each month I have dull cramps on my left pelvic area from around ovulation until af comes (then the cramping gets more intense and across my entire uterus). Does anyone know why I have dull cramping between O and AF? Pap came back completely normal.
