Rough day / diabetic !?

I met with my doc in regards to my 3 hour glucose test which I didn’t pass I now have to write down my blood sugar levels and prick my finger 4 times a day when I found out I literally cried I was so scared , my son is healthy and everything 🙏🏽🙌🏾 but the whole idea of this daily scares me

I also got diagnosed with GD. I felt the same at first, but after 2 weeks of poking myself and playing around with my diet it seems to be ok! You got this mama!

Don’t stress too much about it. You will get used to it pretty quickly. I’ve been doing it for most of my pregnancy now.

Everything will be okay.  It will be an adjustment, but eventually it will become second nature.  Your doctor has to see if diet and exercise can control your GD.  If it doesn’t then they will add medication.
