Will this effect my temp?
So I’m 10 dpo (turned 10 dpo at midnight) I’ve had pinchy like pains since 6 dpo. And have had a sudden cold since yesterday. And a dry mouth. I took my temp and it was 99.24 and I felt miserable so I took NyQuil. Will it effect my temp? I temp at 5 am. And NyQuil lasts 4 hours. I feel silly asking but I’m wanting accurate temps. I was thinking maybe testing in the morning
