As you read in the title I’m 20w 4d. This is my first baby so I don’t know what to expect. This morning I woke up out of my sleep to what felt like horrible period cramps, I literally had to close my eyes and breathe through them. That lasted for about a minute and they were about 10 seconds long and they stopped once I rolled over on my back. Again FTM so I don’t really know if it’s normal or not. I don’t go back to see my OB until 24 weeks again.
