Could aunt flow still show her face even if you are pregnant?

No. You cannot have a period and be pregnant.
Many women do experience bleeding in early pregnancy, but it is very different from a period. 
Your period is the shedding of the lining of your uterus. It does this when there is no fertilized egg that has been implanted.
If the bleeding is heavy, if there are any clots, or if the bleeding lasts more than 3 days, it’s your period and you cannot be pregnant.

Always contact your ob if you are bleeding. Even if just a little bit. Take every precaution.

No. But 2 of my 4 pregnancies I had moderate bleeding right when my period was due for 2-3 days. It was enough that I assumed my period was starting. But then it never got heavy and just stopped. So if you get a light and unusual "period" it may not be your period. If you get a full blown period, you're not pregnant.
