39 week induction

Has anyone been induced at 39 weeks because of a life circumstance? I am a graduate student and my classes start 9/23 and I am due on 9/24. I was wondering if a 39 week induction would be possible because of this? I know it’s based on the doctor and hospital so I am going to ask my doctor, just wondering if anyone has been through something similar.
