I know that’s a weird topic but I am 20 weeks pregnant with my second and at times it feels like when I pee or have a BM, not pushing hard at all! ... that baby is like right there? The sensation is hard to explain but it sometimes feels like he is going to come out or my uterus is coming out.

Sex is not painful but it hurts a little (never used to)... just curious is anyone has any insites?

Doc next week for my 20 weeks scan and regular OB appt the same day so yes I will ask about it.
