Confused

I took a first response this morning which looked negative but last night I took a blue dye test which looked positive so I took another blue dye test tonight which looks positive too... could it just be taking longer to show on the first response? I know they can give false positives but they’re 2 different tests from different boxes... and for the line to show up on both of them that dark and they aren’t thin lines I feel like the first response just needs more time or something and it seems to be getting darker on the blue dye test. what do you guys think? And what would you do?
