No HCG in urine?

Does lack of HCG in urine mean I am going to have a miscarriage again? they confirmed my pregnancy with ultrasound but urine tests still come up negative. Is this normal? I’m so worried. 💔 I can’t go through a miscarriage again. The doctor wouldn’t give me any definitive answers and just told me not to worry 😓  im a little over 4 weeks

You could have naturally low amounts of hcg hormones in your system after successfully conceiving, my cousins got negative blood and pregnancy test til 9 weeks pregnant and the only way she found out was through the hospital because of passing out from being diabetic and low blood sugar. They did an ultrasound and she was 9 weeks pregnant with a very healthy little girl who is now 2 :). I hope this helped.

It could be the tests they are using are not very sensitive. At 4 weeks your HSG levels are still low and might now be picked up by their test.
