White gunk

so I recently had a used infection I’m not sure If i still do but last week I went to my gynecologist and she was going to call me back to let me know if it was chlamydia but she said it was just yeast infection and prescribed me medicine for five days that I put inside my vagina it’s a clear gel today is my last day taking it but whenever I go Pee there big white stuff coming out like balls kinda at first it was small just when i would wipe now its big. it’s been like this for like two days has anyone experienced this
