Spitting up in her sleep

She doesn’t have reflux. She had that about a month ago the. We switched to dr browns and she’s been fine. She is a lot my active these days though (rolls on her own, grabs her feet, chews on her hands, tries to crawl) so I’m wondering if that has anything to do with it or if maybe I should try switching to sensitive stomach formula (she’s usually having 2-4oz of regular enfamil).

I realize this is something I should discuss with her pediatrician, but I thought I’d ask if anyone else’s baby is doing this too. Just mine??? 🤷🏻‍♀️
