Would you change practices?

So on Tuesday I was told that I had a missed miscarriage and my baby has no heartbeat. This is my 2nd miscarriage and my records are available to view myself online. Today I was curious about what my measurements had been, we saw them on the ultrasound screen but didn't get any printouts or anything. I looked up the info and all that's there is a statement that says "inconclusive viability". That's it. My previous miscarriage I can see all of the ultrasound results including CRL, estimated age, heart rate, etc for both ultrasound I had done. I have a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks for misoprotol or a D&C, if I don't miscarry naturally. What I'm wondering is, can I transfer care at this point? I feel like the same information should be available as I had last time with a confirmed miscarriage. I can't even look up whether a heartbeat should have been visible based on size because that info isn't available (for what I recall seeing its well under 5mm CRL!).
