Measuring Differently?!

Hi! I have been thinking I was about 8 weeks today, because my last period started on July 14. I just went to my first appointment today and in the ultrasound they said I am measuring 11weeks, 2 days. I am baffled. How can I be more than three weeks farther along than I thought? I took pregnancy tests in July and they were all negative. Then I got a period in July. Full blown cramps and bleeding for five days. None of the dates the doctor gave me today line up with any of my periods or even when we had sex. The doctor mentioned that it could have been in the tube for the first month and that is how I “missed it”. I just really don’t understand and I am panicking that something is wrong. 
Has this happened to anyone before?

My sister worked with a lady who had regular periods for the first 4 months of her pregnancy so she had no idea she was pregnant until 2nd trimester. She had a healthy pregnancy! It does happen to have a period but it sounds like implementation for you.

You concierges around July 6 ish I conceive July 10 which was when I ovulate and I’m 10 weeks 2 days I didn’t get my first positive until July 26 so it very possible to be that far along some women get periods the whole time they are pregnant or what they think are there periods.

My last period was July 14th also and as of now I'm 7 weeks 4 days due april 19 2020 so yes that is weird. Maybe you had heavy implantation bleeding? 
I used to work with someone that didnt even know she was pregnant until she almost delivered. She was bleeding all the time so she thought she was getting her period and had what she thought was just pms. She was heavier and had irregular periods so thought nothing of it and then went to hospital for pain and found out she was in labor lol.

My last period was the july 14th and im 7w 1d it all depends on ovulation.. maybe you were pregnant and are like some ladys that get a full blown period and are pregnant at the same time?? Idk just guess lol

That is odd. I honestly don’t know because my period was also July 14 and I’m currently 7 weeks and 4 days. Just had my first appointment this morning and I’m right on track for that. I hope someone can give an answer but most importantly I hope you have a perfectly healthy pregnancy and baby ❤️
