Is it gas Pain

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been having really bad butt cramping you know when you feel like you have to fart but it’s stuck and won’t come out so it just causes crazy crampy pain I have farted a lil but not a lot I’ve tried pushing hard but with nooo luck I’m not constipated it’s just a really bad pressure pain has anyone else felt like this for a long period time.....
