I feel really disheartened...

Our full term baby died in 2018, in 2019 we welcomed another baby into the world.

Now I'm wanting to try for another baby when our son turns 1.

I want to have children close together and always have , so I can focus on my children in one period of my life then focus on my career afterwards. I don't want a large gap between them and have to start all over again later rather than earlier.

My partner doesn't want this and wants to wait a few years until our son goes to school.. I don't want to restart everything when our son is at school (I can't really explain it but I'm sure you mum's will know exactly what I mean)

Our wants are so different and I feel really disheartened.

Anyone else have different wants with regards to children ?
