So I had sex last Saturday and I was due on my period yesterday but I havnt come on so I'm one day late. I'm never late but had period pains for the last 4 days. Confused! Could I be?!

It's a possibility. You could have ovulated later, or your period could just be acting up. I'd give it another week and if you period hasn't shown, go ahead and test.
