Blue bruise like blister on her gum?

At first I thought she had some blueberry left over from earlier. But checking it more thoroughly she has this soft blister like swollen area on her gum. It’s squishy to the touch. I’m worried what this is? We’re in the middle of establishing new insurance so I don’t know where to take her so I’m reaching out to you mamas to see if anybody has any idea what the heck this is? I’m kind of worried it’s going to burst and she’s going to have a bleed that won’t stop. It’s swollen to the size of a literal blueberry in her mouth. Help????
