Bleeding piercing

I got a second piercing in my earlobe 4ish weeks ago. I switched the studies to rings at the 3 week mark. My piercer said it was ok. But every time I go to clean the pricing and ring my ear bleeds. I also feel a hard lump in my left ear where the second piercing is. The reason why I am asking is because I live over 2 hours away from a reputable piercer and cannot make the drive due to school and a busy schedule.Picture to show the original stud and the rings I put in.
