How do you want to tell your significant other or your family that you are pregnant?

I want to get a shirt for our four year old that says big brother and maybe we finger paint something then I write “less sleep more love baby #2 due etc” it’s something we do instead of cards. And the less sleep is cliche but an inside joke for us so I love it anyways lol
