Exercise in late pregnancy
I am 36 weeks and have been so fortunate to feel good enough to keep up with my workout routine throughout pregnancy- weights, Body weight work outs, running/jogging/walking. My question is, is there any point in pregnancy where it is no longer recommended? I know I should listen to my body, which I have and slowed down some.. but I’m still working out everyday! It makes me feel great, but I don’t want to be doing any harm to baby in these final weeks. I am planning to talk to doctor this week but wanted to get some input from my exercise mommas on glow!
