29 weeks, back at it!
Ok ladies!!
Background: i worked out a LOT for years, HIIT and weights, up until a few months before i got pregnant. (2 MCs, multiple surgeries).
When i got pregnant, i was put on pelvic rest until 12 weeks. I was so scared and tired i didnt work out at all.
Now I'm at 29 weeks and i want to start back into it so that i can have a healthy delivery and recovery. I lost all my muscles 🥺
Can anyone suggest a series or something to help?
I prefer to work out at the gym or home (close to a toilet)
