Worst back pain I’ve ever felt ??
I’m 18 weeks & my back has been sore sometimes or my shoulders but I woke up in the middle of the night to the worst back pain I’ve ever had I can barely turn and can’t fully sit up without shooting sharp pain in the middle of my back ? Is this normal ?? What can I do to help it ? It’s been all night and still just as bad this morning
