I'm having sharp right side lower pains????

What are these pains? Anyone else have these sharp side pains around the ovaries???

Do you know if you are already pregnant? Does it shoot up to the side. If u are pregnant it could be an ectopic pregnancy if not it could be ovulation, some women can feel when they ovulate or the start of your period

I get that feeling in the middle of my cycle. I've assumed it was because of ovulation
