I have this coworker (my assistant manager) who just drains the life out of me. She makes me hate my job and I just don't know what to do.

I love everyone else I work with and my job, until I'm working with her. Especially when I work with her without my manager. Which is a couple days a week.

It's not an option to NOT work with her due to coverage and scheduling.

She's so condescending and snotty towards me when I work alone with her. She's always late to work and it's quite annoying (bc she doesn't get in trouble when others do when they're late). She thinks she's better than everyone else, including my boss. She doesn't know I have a problem with her.

Due to venting, my other employees feel the same way I do a lot of the time when it comes to her as well, and they've stood up about it but nothing gets done or accomplished.

What should I do? It makes me feel like I'm in a toxic work environment when I'm around her.
