Due date vs conception??

So.. can someone help me out.. I got my dating ultrasound and they told me im 10 weeks pregnant. But when I count back 10 weeks, that takes me to before I even had sex to try for a baby...?? Did they get it wrong?

It’s only an estimate- baby’s grow at different rates, come early or late!
