This is my 6 week ultrasound but I’m confused as to what the big round thing is on the left ?? Can anyone help. I am having identical twins but these ultrasounds look so weird

To me it looks like a zoomed in pic of the baby, they look like tadpoles kind of at this stage.

See baby B? That’s my baby girl, and they labeled her circle thing, I called it a halo, yolk sac. Baby A didn’t have one, and I actually ended up losing him 💔
