Cramps throughout pregnancy?

Feel less than period cramps but uncomfortable. I'm 9w! Had two ultrasounds showing strong heart beats, no bleeding. Just cramps! Anyone else ? I had a miscarriage before so I'm super on edge about everything and worried the cramps are bad.

I still have it but not as much at all and I’m 20w3d. It’s common unless it’s very intense with bleeding

I've had cramps since a few days before I found out I was pregnant. They eased off a little near the end of the 2nd trimester but have came back the last month (I'm 36 weeks). As long as you aren't bleeding with them or they are worse than your regular period cramps it is probably just from everything stretching.

If there’s no bleeding there’s no need to worry. Your uterus is just expanding and getting ready for 9 months ❤️❤️
