Cycle day 20 and still negative OPK?!

Question

So my last 3 cycles have been 28 days (ovulating between cycle day 16-18) last month was 27 day cycle so I started taking OPks on cycle day 10 and still negative!! 
I’ve had egg white cm for 6 days now..not sure if I’m ovulating super later or just not ovulating at all 🤦🏼‍♀️

when do you do testing and how often? i had that 2 cycles ago. I tested every morning with first urine, only to find out i shouldnt! so last cycle i started testing twice a day. Only after 10am and again at 6pm and got my OPK after doing a 6pm test. also no drinking of fluids for at least 2 hours before testing.

Cycle day 20 and still negative OPK?!
