Should I be that person?

Question

If you went to a park and saw someone drinking alcohol in their car, knowing full well they plan on driving off with that alcohol in their system, would you call dispatch and notify them? 
   *said person is alone in his car, and its before noon.
 * I called it in shortly after receiving second opinions. I'm glad I did 🙂

Of course! He could drive off an kill someone. A family, a mom and baby walking across the street. I can’t stand people who drink and drive, it’s extremely selfish.

How about leave them alone. That was probably a quiet place that they truly needed at that moment to cope with life. Did they bother you? I think not people like you I just have no words for other then yall need to mind your OWN business.
