Could I be pregnant with IUD?

I have had an IUD implanted for about a year now and my periods are very sparse and irregular. A few weeks ago my boyfriend came inside of me and now my nipples are extra sensitive, I have to urinate frequently, and I have been spotting a bit. Is it possible that I could be in the beginning stages of pregnancy or just IUD hormones?

From what I know it’s very very unlikely! The first week of the IUD you are at risk of pregnancy but after that it is more than 99% accurate and it sounds like the hormones. If feel the need to check buy a pregnancy test just to calm your nerves and worries. On my previvious post asking about the IUD a girl stated that she doesn’t wear protection and she’s more defiantly not pregnant.

i had an iud for 3.5 years and my boyfriend literally never pulled out not once in our whole relationship and i never got pregnant!
