Acne or heat rash?

What do y'all think?? This is my baby's face. He'll be 4 weeks old tomorrow. It doesn't seem to be bothering him either way.

Mine broke out with the same at 3 weeks and he is no 4 weeks and it’s still there but will hopefully pass

My son has it too & it’s baby acne. Should clear up on it’s own.

My baby girl has it as well and is 3 weeks! Pediatrician said most likely baby acne and to wash it daily with a mild baby soap and it should clear up
