Is it normal not to see at least a sac at 4w5d??? My OB gave me a ultrasound just to make sure if she could see anything or not, but we didn’t see anything at all

I’m not a doctor but that’s extremely early to see anything. That’s weird he would do one that early.

Yeah that’s way to early to see anything ... when I went to my appointment at 6 weeks, my doctor made it a point to tell me they weren’t going to do an ultrasound until 8 weeks because they normally can’t see anything or even pick up a heartbeat. She said it would cause me more anxiety than anything if they had done it that day.
