Washing after birth
So I’m 12 days PP and I’ve been washing down there with only warm water because I’m terrified of hurting myself, it was only a second degree tear though and it only hurt for 4 days after delivery. Did you guys use soap after delivery? Please don’t call me gross I’m just scared of causing myself pain 😅
