Help !!

I’m 25 weeks pregnant and have had a horrible head ache all day and just took my blood pressure and it was 141/82 ! I have never had this what should I do? I can’t call my OB cause the office I go to doesn’t have a out of office one they just say go to the hospital for emergencies! I am laying down now but very scared
