Pinpointing O with PCOS?

Has anyone with PCOS had success with pinpointing ovulation other than through ultrasound? At home LH strips give me positives all the time. Are there any that are less sensitive? I have the Ava bracelet for temping and still no real luck deciphering my cycle... super frustrated. TTC for 1.5 years

Hi I have pcos and I have used opk before and then found out that you can have false positives. 
I stopped using them and became a bit more familiar with my cycle. I became more involved in k owing my body and putting signs together. 
I returned to use opk I would say in June. I test everyday. I do get some high ones that look positive but then the next day it will drop so I know it was then false. 
I’ve attached pictures. I hope this helps a bit. 
(I also test every day because one of those positives will be a real positive) 
Also on the 9th I had clear mucus discharge coming out the whole day. My boobs are a bit more fuller and my nipples a bit sensitive only if I touch and squeeze a bit I can feel that sensitivity.

This is my positive. It started on the 8th. It still shows positive today the 10 but it’s fading down just a tint.
