Trying to dilate more??

At what week should i start trying to further things along?? I'm 1cm and a half and 60% effaced as of last thursday. 37+1 today

Don't try anything before week 39 when you are full term. No, they will not stop labor from happening now, but there is quite a lot of development going on the next weeks.

Once labor actually starts, you can do some things to help it along. None of those suggestions will actually start labor until your body is good and ready.

If you gave birth now you wouldn't really be considered risk or preterm. You can start whenever youd like if you feel okay and your doctor hasnt given you any reason not to
