Goat milk! It has the closest composition to human milk, making it much easier for humans to digest. Therefore, their body is absorbing more nutrients and it's easier on their tummy 🙂

We started switching over to cow's milk last week we've been adding to Oz 2 his formula twice a day! This week I've started adding a little bit more and even gave him a sippy cup with some whole milk at dinner time

We’ll start switching over to cows milk slowly around 12 months as I’m still breastfeeding and just find that so convenient not having to carry anything when we’re out and about. I have already given cows milk as a part of his food though (porridge, weetbix, scrambled egg, etc) and he is fine with dairy products like cheese and yoghurt (although he doesn’t particularly like cheese the weirdo!) so cows milk it is!
