I was taking the 1aday prenatal but they are so big I cant swallow and they come right back up so my ob told me to take a gummy prenatal any suggestions on a good flavor or one that's doesnt make me sick???

I was suggested against the prenatal gummies because they dont have iron and we moms to be need that more. I would ask your doctor to prescribe Prenate mini prenatals. My dr gave me a sample pack and it covers all the supplements you need and the pill is small compact and easy to take.
