So I had a missed miscarriage In October 2015 the pills they gave me to pass them we thought work but I eventually passed the baby at home November 25th a little over a month and afterwards periods have been irregular i just recently started logging over a year ago due to try to conceive and I’m having a hard time I use ovulation strips and preseed but it’s been so long and nothing

Any suggestions on what to take that can help
