Are you drinking and having a snack while pumping? Breastfeeding and pumping is very dehydrating.

anytime i breastfeed (im currently 15 weeks pregnant w/twins) my 7 month old i feel like im going to pass out apparently its a thing. i have to eat and drink a lot while feeding.
